Honrado Vinum Novum 2022 Red

Honrado Vineyards – Vinho de Talha Artesanal is the result of a family project between father and son, two generations committed to the continuity of the wine from Talha made in Vila de Frades, which is still made here as in Roman times.

Vinification
Harvested by hand, in small boxes and separated by grape varieties in August.
Destemming and crushing in a small electric mill. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation (without adding yeast) in clay pot covered with blond pez.
Contact with clay, wine masses and stalks for 3 months, between August and November. Malolactic fermentation took place inside the hoist.
