General Information
Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please verify shipping, billing and email information is correct before submitting payment. Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer during purchase is not the responsibility of Outwine.
Refunds or replacement products will not be issued if returned packages are not received by Outwine. Undeliverable packages due to Outwine error will be reshipped at our expense.

Shipping Information and Duration
All purchase orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After your item has been shipped, please allow up to 7-10 business days for orders to Europe, Americas and Asia. In some occasions, orders may get delayed at customs for inspection but be rest assured that they will reach you as soon as possible.
Orders are not shipped after the closing of business on Friday. Orders will not be shipped on weekends and holidays. Once an order has been placed, you can change the shipping address or email address as well the items ordered if the order hasn't been processed yet.
Please note that order delivery time can be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs laws and other variables may extend shipping times. Please understand we are not responsible for these situations as they are beyond control.
