Personal data inclusion in Outwine files
1. All personal data provided by the User through the Site www.outwine.com, (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) will be included and processed in the Outwine client files with the following purposes: enable service rendering requested by the User, keep the User informed, using electronic media, about Outwine products and services, which, in the same way, will be able to provide the User information concerning products and services of third-party entities.
Filling in all data solicited through the Site is mandatory in order to guarantee the utmost service rendering to the User. In case some data is missing, Outwine cannot guarantee that the services offered will be rendered properly, or that they will be according to the User’s expectations.
2. Exercise of Rights
The User may exercise his access, correction, annulment, and opposition rights, through an email addressed to outwine@outwine.com. The User must annex a copy of his ID or citizen’s card, passport, or another identification document.
3. Communication of confidential data by the User
The User must be fully aware that, by publishing or authorizing the publication of an article, will be allowing other people access to his personal data and the personal data of a third party. Therefore, Outwine shall not be liable for the possible consequences or damage that the User or others may suffer as a consequence of the User’s decision of sharing his personal data.
Before allowing others to access third-party personal data on the Site, the User must obtain their previous consent, and inform them of the terms of this Privacy Policy. The User is obliged to maintain Outwine unscathed of any possible claim, penalty, or sanction that may arise from the non-compliance by the User of the duty described in this item.
4. Cookies
Outwine can, by its own means, or through a third party hired for measuring services, use cookies when the user is browsing the Site. Cookies are files sent to the web browser by a web server to register the activities of the User while he is browsing the Site.
The cookies used by the Site are solely associated with an anonymous user and its computer so they do not provide, on their own, any personal data of the User.
Due to the use of cookies, it is possible that the server where the Site is located recognizes the web browser of the User, in order to make browsing easier, allowing, for instance, access by the previous registered Users, to areas, services, promotions or contests reserved exclusively for them, without having to register every time you enter the Site.
