In Quinta da Vinha, owned by José Manuel Cabrita, the future of the wines from the Algarve is being outlined. Some of the vine varieties that make the terroirs from the South of Portugal famous live together in circa 6,6 hectares, originating fresh, elegant and very gastronomical wines.

Vinification
Wine produced in 2013, aged only in old barrels until it was bottled in 2018. The yeasts remained in the bottle until 2020, when the disgorgement was carried out. Released to the market in December 2022.

Color: Light pink.
Aroma: Elegant and delicate, toasted brioche, nuts and caramelized fruit.
Flavor: The bubble is fine, it enters vibrant and fresh, it remains velvety with a saline touch at the end.

Ideal with baked fish dishes, shellfish, mushrooms
and “sweeter” cheeses.
