In Quinta da Vinha, owned by José Manuel Cabrita, the future of the wines from the Algarve is being outlined. Some of the vine varieties that make the terroirs from the South of Portugal famous live together in circa 6,6 hectares, originating fresh, elegant and very gastronomical wines.

Vinification
This wine is born in an attempt to prevent another page of the Algarve's wine history from being erased. We decided to rescue some barrels of this liqueur wine, coming from one of the oldest producers in the region, who left us after so many years. We staged and aged this wine, respecting all its characteristics.
