Purista Fernão Pires 2022 White

In the continuous search for originality, the expression of the different pure forms of life, nature, the experience of spaces, aromas and flavors, the creation of this white wine, from the Fernão Pires variety, came about. A wine in its pure state, an indiscreet wine , which authentically expresses its aromatic richness, vibrant acidity and minerality of the Atlantic Coast, Western Region.

Vinification
Manual harvest, in the early hours of the morning, to preserve all the aromatic component, with subsequent de-stemming and crushing. Skin maceration for 4 hours in the cold before pressing in an open spout.
Clarification of the must by cold decantation for 48 hours
Fermentation at a controlled temperature between 14 and 16 ºC with indigenous yeasts, in cement vats.
Aging under fine sludge for 3 months
Wine without contact with barrel Wine without stabilization or filtration
