Paying homage to the traditional methods of Condrieu, the juice is left in contact with the skins for 2 days before fermentation in new oak barrels and aging on lees for 11 months. The wine has a full palate with a refreshing acid spine and slight grip on finish to balance the rich fruit. The wine still needs time in bottle to open up but tastes beautifully now.
