Casa Romana Vini Página Pinot Noir Rosé 2021

Ten kilometers away from Óbidos, on the surroundings of a Roman bridge, a wine project and the fruits of a family’s vision prosper. Two estates crossing the border between the regions of Tejo and Lisboa. The first one is called Quinta da Escusa and the second Quinta do Porto Nogueira. The wines comprising them have conquered the most demanding wine aficionados, in and out of Portugal.

Vinification
Rigorous selection and choice of bunches and berries carried out over 100 of the grapes Very gentle pneumatic pressing, fermentation of 50 of the batch in French oak barrels for 150 days, with subsequent assemblage with the remaining batch made in stainless steel vats of small capacity, at a temperature of 15ºC.
