Winemaking

Destemming, followed by a maceration in stainless steel fermenters. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature and two daily shelves. Maceration in cuvaison during 15 days and malolactic fermentation. Aging for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Storage and Serving

Cool dark place in the horizontal position. Should be consumed on the same day. May throw deposit at the bottom of the bottle.
