THE WINE
The sauvignon blanc variety expresses in this terroir all its characteristic aromatic potential and exuberance. To its own qualities, this wine also adds a unique creaminess recognized in the white wines of Quinta do Pinto. From the art of knowing how to wait for the proper maturation of this variety, this wine emerges that perfectly combines an exuberant and rich aroma with a distinct and irreverent palate.

Viticulture and enology
Geology: clay-limestone soils, originating in the Jurassic period, with
clayey and frank texture. Gentle slopes facing south.

Cultivation method: integrated production.

Average production: 7 ton./Ha.
 
VINIFICATION
careful management of the vegetation to optimize the aromatic potential of the grape. Manual harvest in a box and subsequent selection of the best bunches at the entrance to the cellar. Gentle pressing at low pressures, followed by cold static decanting. Fermentation in cement vats with indigenous yeasts.

Bright citrine with greenish tinges

Very thin, elegant and discreet, it combines harmoniously, delicate mineral notes with notes of green asparagus.

Delicate and full of liveliness, coming from magnificent fruit and perfect acidity. It is balanced and has a very persistent finish.
