Quinta do Pinto Estate Collection 2008 White

This wine is a unique blend of Portuguese most characteristic varieties as Fernão Pires, Arinto and Antão Vaz and french varieties as Chardonnay, Marssane and Rousanne. Quinta do Pinto terroir is very well represented in this blend, where we can see all the potential of the varietal. Fruity aromas in perfect harmony with a very elegant freshness always present.

Geology
Clay-Calcareous soils, from the Jurassic period, clayey texture, gentle slopes with southern exposure.

Winemaking 
Careful canopy management to optimize aromatic grape varietal potential. Bunche selection, only the best ones are crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks using only indigenous yeast with controlled temperature (12ºC)
