Winemaking

Manual harvest for 20 kg boxes. Pre-fermentative cold maceration with foot treading for 2 days. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control, long post-fermentation maceration. Pressing in vertical press.

Continental Mediterranean. Hot and dry days, with great thermal amplitude, during the maturation period.

In the mouth it is full-bodied, with a suggestion of wild blackberries and fresh currants, with an excellent structure of tannins, firm but polished, well-integrated wood, freshness and minerality very present, finishing dry and full of life.
