Quinta das Corriças has been associated, for several generations, with the prestige of Valpaços wines. Currently, and with Telmo Moreira at the helm, this farm, technologically modernized, continues to focus on quality, honoring the tradition of the old property and the region.

Winemaking
Quinta das Corriças wines preserve the centuries-old traditions of the Region they represent. The grape varieties that generations have been selecting, the winemaking process that uses current technology, does not forget the treading of an ancient wine press, which helps to gently extract the best that is inside the grape berry.
The high temperatures in the Terra Quente summer, essential to the hydric stress that it projects, controlling the quality of the wines, are attenuated by the pre-cooling of the grapes before the winemaking process, helping a controlled fermentation process, in order to preserve the aromas and allow extract the velvet and structure that defines our wine profile.
The Cellar, a silent and sacred place, where our reds rest and age in French oak barrels, allows them to become more complex in terms of aroma and flavor, so that they can be bottled with enormous potential for reserves that continue their evolutionary process of way to achieve their objective. Giving taste pleasure to those who want to taste all this tradition and accumulated knowledge, in a bottle.
