The grapes were picked by hand into 18 kg boxes with extreme care, fermenting at low temperatures. Soft reassemblies.

Winemaking
Smooth crushing of grapes with full destemming, maceration and fermentation in small capacity stainless steel vats with selected yeasts, temperature control 28º - 30ºC, gentle reassembly.

Internship
Stainless steel vats, 50% new French oak barrel Tosta Evolution, fine grain - 18 months. Later stage in bottle
