WINEMAKING

This wine was made from Alicante Bouschet, Syrah and Touriga Nacional grape varieties. After pre-fermentative maceration for 24 hours at 8oC. Fermentation took place in a press at a controlled temperature of 24º. This was followed by aging for 24 months in new French oak barrels of 225 and 500L and aging for 18 months after bottling.
