After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed and the grapes suffered maceration for 8 hours, preceded by a light pressing and 48 hour decantation. Indigenous fermentation, without temperature control and 7 months aging in used barrels.

Stage: 7 months with battonâge.

Bottling: June 2020 (not glued, unfiltered or stabilized)
