Winemaking
Manual harvest for 20kg boxes. At the entrance to the cellar, a choice table in order to select the best bunches. Fermented with native yeasts in cement deposits and the temperature between 26 - 28ºc. This was followed by a 2-week post-fermentative maceration period, which promoted a greater volume of the mouth and subsequent malolactic fermentation in a cement vat. The wine aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.

Rich, balsamic, with notes of spices and pepper, forest fruits and silica, integrated with touches of coffee and dark chocolate.

Elegant, with silky tannins and very present, with notes of fruits of the forest to stand out. The very well integrated toast gives notes of chocolate, coffee and spices. gives us a long and voluminous aftertaste.
