Winemaking
Unstable weather but without great rainfall.
The Pinot Noir variety was harvested on the 3rd week of August and the Baga was harvested on the 4th of August.
Manual harvest in 15kg boxes perforated. Use of must tear with dry ice cooling.
Balanced maturation, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature controlled temperature of 14ºC.
March 2015 circulation according to Classic Method.
50 months internship on lees thin.
