For Miguel Dias, until his adolescence, wine was always part of his world. Later, he abandoned his commercial career and wine became, again, with a different determination, the center of his universe. His commercial talents turned to wine.

Vinification
Old vines, manual harvesting, treading on foot in a granite mill. Fermentation spontaneous, indigenous yeasts. Fermentation pelicular with stalk, with maceration of 60 days. No filtration and tuning. 36 months aging on fine lees in stainless steel vats, followed by aging in the bottle.
