For Miguel Dias, until adolescence, wine was always part of his world. He later abandoned his commercial career and wine became, now with another determination, the center of his universe. His commercial talents turned to wine.
 
Vinification
Old vines, manual harvesting, foot treading in granite mills. Spontaneous fermentation, indigenous yeasts. Skin fermentation with stalk. No filtration and tuning. 60 months aging on fine lees in stainless steel vats, followed by aging in bottle.
