Casa Romana Vini Berbereta Reserva Brut Nature 2019

Ten kilometers away from Óbidos, on the surroundings of a Roman bridge, a wine project and the fruits of a family’s vision prosper. Two estates crossing the border between the regions of Tejo and Lisboa. The first one is called Quinta da Escusa and the second Quinta do Porto Nogueira. The wines comprising them have conquered the most demanding wine aficionados, in and out of Portugal.

Vinification
Rigorous selection of bunches and berries made over 100 of our grapes Smooth pressing with whole bunches, partial fermentation of the batch in French oak barrels Séguin Moreau with subsequent assembly with the remaining batch, in small capacity stainless steel vats at 15 ºC.
Bottling in February 2020 fermentation and aging in bottle for 30 months, dégorgement in Augus t 2022 Labelling and finishing also performed in our winery
