Winemaking
Harvest: On August 26, manual harvesting is carried out, the grapes being transported in 10 kg boxes to avoid crushing them.
Oenology: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks at a controlled temperature of 14°C.
Stage: After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine remained in contact with the final lees until 21/04.
