Viticulture
Climate: The climate is warm and temperate. There is much more rainfall in winter than in summer. Average temperature is 16.5 °C. 570 mm is the average annual rainfall.
Soils: Clay-limestone, Mediterranean brown shale-derived.
Driving: Double Guyot.
Age of vines: 16 years.
 
Vinification
Hand harvested in the box during the coolest hours of the day. Destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in presses with controlled temperature (21-24 ºC).
 
Ageing
Aged in used French oak wood for 16 months. After bottling, there were 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Serve with all meat dishes, starters based on pâtés, sausages, cured cheeses.

Clean appearance, ruby color.

Aroma of red fruits, with hints of pepper and spice, a lot of complexity and finesse.

In the mouth it is intense, with soft but persistent tannins, providing a prolonged, complex and elegant finish.

It should be drunk at a temperature of 16ºC.
