Quinta da Biaia 750 2019 Red

The childhood friendship between Carlos Flor and Ricardo Lopes Ferro, both heirs to the Biaia lands, brought them together in a common dream: to create a reference wine project with organic wines. In 2014, they joined winemaker Luís Leocádio, who shares the same values and vision for Beira Interior wines. Horácio Nunes, an unavoidable figure in oenology and viticulture in the region, was also associated with the project. Together, they are dedicated to producing authentic wines that are truly representative of the region.

Vinification
Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, picked by hand into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they were subjected to careful manual selection, de-stemming and gentle crushing. Fermentation by variety, in stainless steel and aged in French oak barrels, for 12 months.
