Tasting Note
Straw yellow color with bright reflections. Very restrained and fine wine. It has very discreet notes of apple and pastry. Meet still soft hints of stone and very light toast. In the mouth it is wide and with crisp acidity, has a viscous texture and a long finish.

Winemaking and Aging
Fermentation and aging for 12 months in French oak barrels
