Purista Alfrocheiro 2022 Red

In the continuous search for originality, the expression of the different pure forms of life, nature, the experience of spaces, aromas and flavors, the creation of this red wine, from the Alfrocheiro grape variety. Irreverent wine, in its pure state, which expresses with authenticity distinct aromas and flavors of the variety with a mineral profile typical of the Atlantic Coast, Western Region.

Vinification
Manual harvest, in the early hours of the morning, to preserve all the aromatic component, with subsequent de-stemming and without crushing.
Fermentation
semi-carbonic (whole berries) spontaneously in a cement tank,
a controlled temperature of 18ºC to 20ºC in order to enhance the entire aromatic component.
Slight pumping over was carried out in order to reduce the extraction of tannins and color. This wine aged for 4 months in cement tanks, allowing the natural softening and stabilization of the phenolic compounds, before bottling.
Wine without contact with a barrel. Wine without stabilization or filtration.
