Tasting

The attack is elegant with a well-polished tannin. The ripe fruit is very present and the notes of tobacco and smoked fill the very dry long finish.

Alentejo pork loin roasted in the oven with garlic, mustard and honey; Braised duck magret with balsamic reduction of red fruits.

Intense garnet with hints of violet.

First nose very intense with notes of tobacco, cocoa and ripe red and black fruit.
