Winemaking
With 40% stalk and whole grape, in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature between 22º to 25º. Slow and gentle extraction with 45 days post-fermentation maceration.

Stage
4 months on 140 liter stage hoists. Bottling in July 2017 and internship in bottle since then.

Tasting

Elegant, intense and complex nose with spicy and mineral character, with notes of black pepper, cinnamon, black cherry, clay and tobacco.

In the mouth it is irreverent and paradoxical: vegetal but enveloping, fresh and hot, tense and succulent. Finishes long and generous in aromatic notes.
