50% of stemmed and 50% of distemmed grapes. Fermentation under controled temperature between 20º-23ºC for 15 days. Short maceration. After the fermentation transfer to French oak barrels of different age where malolactic fermentation took place during 10 months. This wine is not filtered. Is subject to create deposit.
