Vinification
Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes. Reception of the grapes with destemming and crushing done in the traditional process of foot treading. Start of alcoholic fermentation in wine press and final in stainless steel vats. Part of the blend underwent post-fermentative maceration. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks.
 
Ageing
French oak barrels for 12 to 15 months.
