Manual harvest for 20 kg boxes. Pre-fermentative cold maceration with treading on foot for 2 days. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control, long post-fermentative maceration. Pressing in vertical press.

With a long finish, it is a very gastronomic wine with a strong identity, capable of aging for many years.

Intense color.

On the nose it is an austere wine, of great aromatic complexity.

In the mouth it is full-bodied, with good structure, excellent balance of very pure fruit and more vegetal notes, and above all a lot of minerality and freshness, which is hardly found in the Alentejo.
