Vinification
Manual harvest into boxes of 20kg. Partial destemming. Grapes are crushed with feet in open top tanks for two days in cold soaking. Finish fermentation in stainless steal tanks with temperature control. Pressed in vertical hydraulic press. 
 
Stage
14 months in French and Portuguese oak barrels of 300L, 50% new.

With a long finish, it is undoubtedly a gastronomic wine with a strong identity.

Color loaded.

It is a wine of great aromatic complexity.

In the mouth it is full-bodied, with good structure, excellent balance of very pure fruit and more vegetal notes, and above all a lot of freshness, which is hardly found in the Alentejo.
