The grapes were picked up manually for boxes of 18 kg, with extreme care, were taken to the Lagar (mechanical) where the fermentation took place.

Stage
60% in 1st year, 40% in 2nd year 225 l. Carvalho Francés Allier (24 months) and bottle (30 months).
