Winemaking
After 2 days of cold maceration, enriching the aromas, the fermentation lasted for 10 days at a temperature of 24ºC. This facilitated the extraction of color and tannins that contribute to the body and volume of mouth.

Very nice set, full bodied, elegant and very persistent.

Goes well with red meat or hake.

Dark red.

Marked by black fruits such as the black plum, blackberries and a floral touch of violets, typical from the Touriga Nacional.

It confirms the well-matched black fruits with wood, giving it great complexity along with the velvety round tannins responsible for the volume of the mouth.
