Vinification
Fermentation in oak vats at a controlled temperature of 12ºC. Stage in stainless steel with battonage every 15 days.
The vineyard is surrounded by trees and the vineyards are arranged in a North-South orientation, on the top of a south-facing hill, 60 meters above the Sado river valley. The days are hot and the nights cold. The grapes are harvested and selected by hand.

Light, open and limpid color.

Discreet on the nose with citrus notes, flint and wet stone.

In the mouth the attack is also citrusy, but here the fruits of white pulp, pear and again wet stone, mineral and salty are added. Very balanced, fresh, full, long and persistent acidity.
