Winemaking Process: The grapes were destemmed. Pre- fermentation maceration. The fermentation process occurred in small stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aged in French oak for 12 months with no malolactic fermentation

Ideal with light food dishes and fish. It is recommended to enjoy Dona Fátima at a temperature between 11ºC and 12ºC

Citrus

The rich bouquet is dominated by fruity aromas. Citrus fruits are predominant along with captivating complexity aromas from the oak stage, revealing soft butter, nuts and toast notes

On the palate, it is velvety and full, aromatic with firm acidity. Clean and wonderfully fresh with a pleasant and lingering finish
