The Wine
Sweet, non fortified, white wine, made from sundried grapes. Its freshness and sweetness is due to the dehydration resulting from the natural ripening of the grapes on the vine. KO, referring to knockout, provides that winning punch for the perfect end to an exceptional meal.
 
Vinification
Pellicular maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stainless vats with temperature control. The wine is aged for two years in Hungarian oak barrels.
