Background Grapes from the Boavista vineyard near Alter do Chão. The wines of this vineyard were already famous in the 19th century, but with the arrival of Phylloxera this vineyard was destroyed. With its replanting more than 20 years ago, we have seen its quality potential reappear.

Manual harvesting with bunch selection. After a prolonged maceration, the wine aged for 30 months in new American Oak barrels.
