Vinification
Fermentation in French oak barrels followed by a gentle battonnage.
The vineyard is surrounded by trees and like vines arranged in a North-South orientation, without the top of a hill facing South, 60 meters above the Sado river valley. The days are hot and the nights cold. The grapes are harvested and selected by hand.
