Vinification
After a criterious selection of grapes in the vineyard, harvested before the beginning of small boxes and immediately transported to the winery. the well fermented for 15 days at 14ºC temperature.
Aging base wine was bottled at the end of 8 months, where the second.
Fermentation occurred in the bottle and stayed for 12 months until degorgement.
