Wine Year
Year of high birth, with dry climate during the flowering period, which resulted in good yields. The entire period of growth until the harvest, marked by extreme drought that affected the photosynthetic activity of the vines and with consequent maturation stops. The result of the harvest was very small berries, which resulted in concentrated and aromatic whites and structured reds with a deep color.
 
Vinification
Fermentation and 12 months aging in French oak barrels.

Tasting

Bright color with a light straw tint.

It shows a lively aroma, with a focus on yellow fruit and floral notes. More hidden are citrus and mineral aromas, accompanied by toasted and buttery notes from the barrel aging.

On the palate it is full and wide, with moderate acidity so that the wine as a whole is vibrant.
