In Quinta da Vinha, owned by José Manuel Cabrita, the future of the wines from the Algarve is being outlined. Some of the vine varieties that make the terroirs from the South of Portugal famous live together in circa 6,6 hectares, originating fresh, elegant and very gastronomical wines.

Vinification
Grapes specially selected in the vineyard and harvested by hand, fermentation with controlled temperatures and 18 months ageing in French oak barrels.

It presents a garnet color, the nose is very expressive, reflecting the quality of the grape, with notes of aging.
In the mouth it has an elegant entrance that grows throughout the tasting, a comforting acidity, supported by ripe tannins.
