Monte da Raposinha Athayde Reserva 2018 White

Winemaking
Manual harvest for 15kg boxes. In the cellar the bunches were carefully selected on the carpet of choice and destemmed, followed by direct pressing. Fermentation took place slowly in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, 50% of the wine aged for 8 months in used 400L French oak barrels.
