Harvest of selected grapes of different varieties (between 10 and 15). Smooth grape crushing process. Total tanning in 500L French oak barrels for 4 weeks. Aging for 19 months in used French oak barrels. Bottling

Flavor that is dry, fresh and persistent. Acidity very present.
