Centennial vineyards with free standing at 800m altitude.
Shale soil and large thermal amplitudes in the maturation phase 
 
Winemaking method
Harvest of selected grapes of different varieties (about 20).
Smooth grape crushing process.
Pre-maceration and skin maceration.
Spontaneous fermentation, therefore, using indigenous yeasts.
Fermentation in mills of 1000 liters with treading on foot.
Aging for 28 months in used French oak barrels.
Bottling.

Flavor that is dry, smooth, fresh and persistent. Very present acidity.

It should be consumed between 14ºC and 16ºC.
