Vineyard
Installed in the middle of the Forest, this vineyard grows in harmony with nature. Respecting the ecological balance, we managed to minimize human intervention and the use of unnatural elements. This sparkling wine fully expresses the terroir from which it comes and what free nature offers us.
 
Vinification
30% of the base wine fermented in 300 liter French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel deposits. The second fermentation was by bottle by the classic method at 13ºC. Degorgement was made in February 2018.
